Nissan Renews as Official Press Room
Sponsor of 2016 SHOT Show
NEWTOWN, Conn.— The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearms industry, is pleased to announce that global auto manufacturer Nissan will return for the third year in a row as the Official Sponsor of the 2016 SHOT Show Press Room. A leading maker of cars, trucks, SUVs and vans for the consumer and commercial markets, Nissan’s North American headquarters is located in Franklin, Tennessee.
“We are very pleased that Nissan is continuing its sponsorship of the SHOT Show Press Room in 2016,” said Chris Dolnack, NSSF Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “More than 2,500 members of the outdoor press attend the SHOT Show each year, and the Press Room is an essential workstation that allows them to do their jobs, gather resources and network during their time in Las Vegas. Nissan’s continued support for these media professionals underscores their importance to the industry as a whole.”
“As the SHOT Show Press Room sponsor for three years running, we’re reaching some of the outdoor industry’s top influencers,” said Fred Diaz, Senior Vice President, Nissan Sales & Marketing and Operations U.S., Nissan North America, Inc. “SHOT Show is one of the most important shows on our calendar and we’re incredibly proud to be an integral part of it.”
The Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade Show—SHOT Show—is owned and operated by the National Shooting Sports Foundation. A trade-only event for firearms industry professionals, the 2016 SHOT Show will take place Jan. 19-22, at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
