The Secrets to All Things NFA
Monday, October 9 | 3:00-4:00 p.m. ET
If you currently deal in suppressors or other NFA firearms, or if you are thinking about getting into that fast-growing part of the firearms market, this is the webinar for you. Our presenters are two gentlemen who have decades of experience dealing with NFA compliance issues. Veteran NSSF Consultants and retired ATF Deputy Assistant Directors Harry McCabe and Wally Nelson have all the information you need to successfully deal in NFA firearms while remaining compliant with the ATF laws and regulations that govern NFA operations. Wally and Harry will present a wide-ranging discussion on NFA compliance and current NFA issues – what forms you need to be familiar with and how to complete them correctly, what special records you must keep and how to deal with your customers when selling them an NFA firearm.
The number of FFLs dealing in NFA firearms continues to rise rapidly. The presentation will cover some of the basics, as well as common errors on NFA forms and the rental of NFA firearms at ranges. Lastly, there are big developments with post-86 machinegun samples. The rules are about to change. Getting “my buddy the sheriff” to give you a law letter is likely to soon to become a thing of the past. The webinar will explain what ATF is proposing on this issue.
If you already sell NFA firearms, or if you have an interest in selling NFA firearms, you should mark your calendars, so you don’t miss this informative and enlightening presentation. Sign up today.
