Head Down Firearms - National Shooting Sports Month“It’s always exciting to have a company sign as a sponsor with us for the first time,” said Zach Snow, NSSF Director, Range Services. “We’re pleased Head Down Firearms sees the opportunity National Shooting Sports Month presents to build a meaningful connection with today’s firearms consumers, and we look forward to partnering with them again in the future.”

“Head Down Firearms is honored to partner with the NSSF during National Shooting Sports Month and is looking forward to building a long-term relationship with one of the nation’s most respected trade associations,” said Adam Williams, Vice President of Business Development for Head Down Firearms. “Head Down Firearms is owned and operated by shooting sports enthusiasts. Each and every member of the Head Down team is committed to embracing, supporting and developing the shooting sports industry across multiple consumer platforms.”

Taking place throughout the month of August, NSSF’s National Shooting Sports Month is designed to celebrate the excitement of the target shooting sports and highlight the lifetime of enjoyment this pastime provides. At the same time, it reminds the public that shooting is a safe activity enjoyed by millions of Americans, cultivates increased shooting sports participation through hundreds of fun events and activities at ranges and retail stores nationwide and fosters mentorship of new shooters by those already active in target shooting.

Ranges and retailers across the country are jumping on board with National Shooting Sports Month by posting a wide-ranging roster of matches, tournaments, charity events, instructional classes, sales, family days at the range and other special promotions to the Calendar of Events at ShootingSportsMonth.org. This site will interact with the soon to be launched LetsGoShooting.org website, a comprehensive consumer resource for all things related to shooting sports and firearms safety. If your business has not signed on yet, get involved today and submit your August events and promotions to receive promotional packages consisting of shirts, hats and signage to help raise awareness around the monthlong celebration.
