AccessAbility Services, Inc., Newest Bronze Sponsor
of Firearm Industry Compliance Conference

NEWTOWN, Conn. — Orchid Advisors, the firearm industry’s trusted compliance and operations experts, and the National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearms industry, are pleased to announce that AccessAbility Services, Inc., has agreed to sponsor the 2016 Firearms Industry Compliance Conference (FICC) at the Bronze level. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, AccessAbility Services is a leading provider of document and data management solutions.

“We operate in a regulated industry and even ATF regulations specify document retention methods. Organizations like AccessAbility provides FFLs with modern tools to manage document retention,” said Jon Rydberg, CEO of Orchid Advisors. For that reason, we are happy to see them sponsor the event and educate the industry on their offerings.”

“Online services are quickly becoming required assets as today’s FFLs seek ways to reduce in-store paperwork and provide a better customer experience while also working to improve compliance,” said Larry Keane, NSSF Senior Vice President and General Counsel. “AccessAbility Services understands the complexities of those needs, and that makes their sponsorship of the 2016 Firearms Industry Compliance Conference one we think will greatly benefit attendees.”

“Digital document management not only eases the burden of compliance, but also increases the security of information and can turn compliance from a cost center into a competitive advantage” said Mark Efird, President of AccessAbility. “We are very excited to sponsor this year’s conference and look forward to sharing ideas about making compliance more effective, efficient and secure.”

Co-hosted by Orchid Advisors and NSSF, the 2016 Firearms Industry Compliance Conference will take place May 2-4 in Atlanta, Georgia. The conference theme is highly focused on the future — where regulations are headed, how new developments in product research and development affect Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs), and what processes and technologies FFLs are using to significantly improve their business. Additionally, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) will provide focused sessions throughout the conference, offering FFLs an opportunity to interact, ask questions and focus on proactive compliance. In addition to three learning tracks to choose from during the conference, attendees can also take part in one of two pre-conference workshops on May 2. One workshop will cover firearms industry technology, while the other will take an in-depth look at federal firearms regulations.

Seating is limited for this conference and it will sell out, so industry members are encouraged to register now. To learn more about the 2016 Firearms Industry Compliance Conference, visit www.ficconference.com. Register and reserve your seat here.

A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available for this event. Contact Chris Tatulli, NSSF director of exhibit & sponsorship sales, at ctatulli@nssf.org or 203-460-1320 ext. 214.
