This webinar will provide an overview of Firearm and Ammunition Excise Tax (FAET) including a background on the legal framework, Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) Regulations, disposition of the revenue and key definitions for helping complete your FAET return.

Presenter Ryan Coombs is an Excise Tax Auditor with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). Ryan has been in his current position for over 15 years and performed numerous audits and reviews of firearm and ammunition industry members. During his time with TTB, Ryan has been a trainer in the firearm and ammunition commodity for both industry and TTB. He was part of the 2017 Program to update and revise the FAET return to its current iteration. Ryan has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of New Hampshire and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
