We will expand on NSSF’s Shot University™ Online course “Completing ATF Form 4473 (August 2023 version and effective mandatory use February 2024)” which discusses the basics of how and when a federal firearms licensee (transferor/seller) and non-licensee (transferee/buyer/resident and non-resident) complete Section(s) A through E on the transaction record.

During this session, you’ll learn how to identify and manage these seemingly innocuous transfer situations in 100% regulatory compliance and gain a clear understanding of the regulatory process as well as the licensees’ responsibility so you don’t accidentally fall prey to what can be misconstrued as a willful zero-tolerance violation.
