Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] based on the following schedule:
- 50% refund of registration fees for cancellations received prior to July 1, 2026.
- 25% refund of registration fees for cancellations received July 1 through July 17, 2026.
- No refunds will be given after July 18, 2026.
Substitutions of registered attendees can be made at any time.
