Below are some quick tips to ensure you have a positive member experience by unleashing the power of your membership!

Quick Tips

 

  • Use Google Chrome as your internet browser for best user experience results.

  • Make sure to whitelist the @nssf.org domain through your email provider to ensure you receive NSSF communications. Also, avoid using role-based emails such as info@, sales@, manager@, etc. as these emails will not receive NSSF e-newsletters or eblasts.

  • Login into your member portal to explore your benefits mentioned below in greater detail.

  • Enable pop ups when in your member portal as some resource links, like PDF’s, open in a new window.

  • Streamline your member renewal process by signing up for auto-renew.

  • Download the NSSF Portal Guide for reference and how-to information in your member portal.

Stay Informed

Subscribe to NSSF E-Newsletters and other email communications that are of interest to you. By simply logging into your member portal, you can select and manage your email subscriptions on your profile page without needing to complete individual forms for each subscription.

PLEASE NOTE: By opting out of a particular NSSF communication you will no longer receive any future email communications from NSSF.  To prevent this from happening, make sure to manage this accordingly through your member portal versus opting out.  If you need assistance opting back into NSSF communications, contact us at membership@nssf.org.
