Buyer would be responsible to transfer both licenses and lease into their name. Meaning you will buy the inventory and business from seller. You then work with State police and ATF to obtain the new FFL in your name.
Guidance and help from seller can be provided. Transition can be negotiated if need be.

After a set time, the new owner takes full control and continue to runs the business. If this is not required by buyer, it's not an issue.
We would entertain selling inventory to existing store but we are not going to take a loss on it. We would negotiate a fair price for what is here, not looking to chop it up, it gets sold as a complete lot.
