The National Shooting Sports Foundation issued a legislative alert earlier this morning encouraging all California gun owners, sportsmen and firearms enthusiasts to contact members of the California Assembly Public Safety Committee urging them to oppose legislation (SB 798) that threatens the state’s preemption protections.
