Eric’s experience marketing outdoor brands spans three decades. His career was born of a passion for hunting, shooting and fishing. Eric led the charge to focus on the outdoor recreation vertical at Brothers & Company, now Idea Ranch. He and the Idea Ranch team have developed an approach built on understanding each client’s business in its entirety – from product development to distribution, to media and consumer habits. Their methodology blends data-driven strategic planning with compelling content to reach targets throughout the funnel and drive sales for brands like Barnes Ammunition, Sierra Ammunition, Bushnell, Hodgdon Powder, Under Armour and Bowtech.

Joe Bartozzi, President & CEO | NSSF

Joe is the President and CEO of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (“NSSF”) and the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers’ Institute (“SAAMI”). He is also the Chairman of the Project ChildSafe® Foundation. He has spent over 40 years in a variety of technical, legal, and executive management roles.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Council to Advance Hunting and the Shooting Sports (“CAHSS”), the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (“CSF”), and the World Forum on Shooting Activities (“WFSA”).

Joe also serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Red Cross and is a past Chairman of the Board of Goodwill Industries of Southern New England, where he is still serving as a member of the Goodwill Operations Committee.

Joe is a Certified Quality Engineer and a Certified Quality Auditor.

He graduated cum laude from the Quinnipiac University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Connecticut, the state of Maine, and in the United States Supreme Court.

Joe is a 2014 recipient of the Anthony V. DeMayo Pro Bono Award, presented by the Connecticut Bar Association.

Brian is a partner at DLA Piper and counsel to the NSSF. A trial lawyer and trusted business advisor, he defends clients in investigations by the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice and state attorneys general, represents businesses in civil litigation, and counsels clients on complex compliance matters.

Chris Cheng is History Channel's Top Shot Season 4 Champion. For the past 12 years, Cheng has been a staunch Second Amendment and diversity advocate having served on the NSSF and NRA Outreach Committees. He has testified in front of the United States Senate against gun control, and is the author of the highly acclaimed book "Shoot to Win." Chengappeared on the cover of RECOIL magazine to promote #2AForAll, and he is also a Board Member for the Pink Pistols and the Asian Pacific American Gun Owners Association.
