USCCA Sponsors 7th Annual NSSF/HAVA Golf Classic at the Gold Level

NEWTOWN, Conn. — The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearm industry, is pleased to announce that the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) has agreed to sponsor the 7th Annual NSSF/HAVA Golf Classic at the Gold support level. The USCCA is an association of responsibly armed Americans whose members get exceptional self-defense education, lifesaving training and self-defense liability insurance, preparing them for the before, during and after of a lawful act of self-defense.

USCCA “With its generous sponsorship of the HAVA Golf Classic, USCCA goes above and beyond to recognize the men and women of uniform fighting every day to protect our 2nd Amendment rights,” said Chris Dolnack, NSSF Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer.

“USCCA provides life-saving education and training to responsibly-armed Americans, and our sponsorship of the 7th Annual NSSF/HAVA Golf Tournament allows us to express our gratitude for the individuals who fought to protect the freedom and safety of every American,” said Tim Schmidt, President, and Founder of the U.S. Concealed Carry Association. “This is a great organization doing important work, and we are thrilled to be a sponsor.”

The NSSF/HAVA Golf Classic, now in its seventh year, raises money to support disabled veterans with their healing process through guided hunts, target shooting events and other outdoor sports activities. HAVA is Honored American Veterans Afield, a 501(c)(3) organization formed by companies in the shooting and outdoor industry.

The 2022 7th Annual NSSF/HAVA Golf Classic will be held Sunday, January 16, two days before the opening of the 2022 SHOT Show. The renowned Bear’s Best Las Vegas, a top-rated, Jack Nicklaus-designed course, will once again host this tremendously popular SHOT Week event, one that’s tailor-made to provide networking, entertainment and a great way to kick off the show.

Registration is open for individuals and four-member firearms industry teams. Individual entries are $200 and four-person team entries are $600. All entries include transportation to and from the outing, golf cart rental, course fees, course balls, breakfast, lunch and participant gifts. Prizes will be awarded for high team and individuals at the event’s conclusion. For more information and to register for this important event, visit www.shotshow.org/golf.
