NEWTOWN, Conn.—The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearms industry, is pleased to announce that the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) will sponsor the 2017 SHOT Show’s New Product Center. Headquartered in West Bend, Wisconsin, USCCA is a member-based organization—open to the public and firearms industry professionals—that advocates for and promotes the safe and legal carry of self-defense firearms.
“USCCA is quickly becoming a household name both within the industry and with the firearms-owning American public,” said Chris Dolnack, NSSF Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “We are very pleased to have them sponsor the New Product Center and further enhance that connection.”
“We couldn’t be more excited to be sponsoring the New Product Center at the 2017 SHOT Show, an event we very much look forward to every year,” USCCA President and Founder Tim Schmidt said. “The NSSF is an incredible organization, doing so much to protect and preserve the livelihood of the hunting and shooting industries, and having the unique opportunity to work closely with them to provide the firearms community with a place to check out new and innovative products and technologies that industry experts have developed over the last year is really just a huge honor.”
One of the most visited resources of the show, the New Product Center is a special promotional center just off the show floor that highlights more than 400 of the newest products coming to market. A unique bar code scanning system allows the center’s buyers and media visitors to link products they’re interested in directly to the exhibitors on the main show floor, while also providing after-show networking between parties.
The 2017 SHOT Show will take place January 17-20 at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. To learn more about SHOT Show, including how to register, educational resources, event listings, State of the Industry Dinner and hotel and travel information, visit www.SHOTShow.org.
