Tactical Solutions Renews Bronze Sponsorship
of Rimfire Challenge Sponsors
NEWTOWN, Conn.—The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®) is pleased to announce that firearms maker Tactical Solutions has renewed its Bronze-level sponsorship of the NSSF Rimfire Challenge for the 2015 competition season. Founded in 2002, the Boise, Idaho-based company’s facilities are dedicated to turning out high-quality .22-caliber rimfire rifles and handguns, and it now also offers its own line of premium suppressors for use with both .22 LR and other rimfire cartridges.
Now in its second year, NSSF’s Rimfire Challenge program provides a way for novice shooters to experience their first competitions via a family friendly and highly supportive atmosphere. Matches utilize a two-gun format of .22 LR handguns and rifles, making Rimfire Challenge an economical sport for new competitors. Focusing on both safety and fun, the competitions are open to all ages and skill levels, with matches hosted on ranges across the nation.
“We are so pleased to have the talented innovators at Tactical Solutions join us again in sponsoring the Rimfire Challenge,” said Zach Snow, NSSF Manager, Shooting Promotions. “One of the goals this company had when it was founded was to find ways to involve more women and children in the shooting sports, and I think there’s no better way to do that than by partnering with us in support of this program.”
“Tactical Solutions is proud to continue sponsoring the NSSF Rimfire Challenge,” said Keith Feeley, Tactical Solutions’ Marketing Manager. “The Rimfire Challenge matches are a fantastic experience for all shooters and a great way to introduce new shooters to the sport, and we look forward to the continued success of this NSSF program.”
Additional opportunities are available for Rimfire Challenge sponsor support, including the upcoming Rimfire Challenge World Championship, October 9-11 at the Old Fort Gun Club in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
