SinterFire Named Newest Sponsor of NSSF
Lead Management and OSHA Workshop
NEWTOWN, Conn. — The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®) is pleased to announce that the SinterFire has become the newest sponsor of the spring Lead Management and OSHA Workshop, scheduled for April 24-26 in Portland, Oregon. Based in Kersey, Pennsylvania, SinterFire is a manufacturer of lead-free copper/tin frangible projectiles for pistols, shotguns and rifles, including the .50 BMG round.
“It’s exciting to have a company that specializes in lead-free components participate as a sponsor in this workshop,” said Zach Snow, NSSF Manager, Shooting Promotions. “We think SinterFire’s expertise and insight will provide those attending and invaluable learning experience.”
“SinterFire is extremely pleased to support the NSSF’s mission in protecting ranges and helping educate range owners on how best to reduce liabilities and grow revenues,” said Brandon Graves, CEO, SinterFire.
Designed to enable owners and operators of shooting ranges of all sizes an opportunity to discover the latest in lead management and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) best practices, the two-day workshop will focus on environmental and regulatory requirements for both indoor and outdoor shooting facilities, OSHA enforcement and penalty structure, implementation of health and safety plans, medical surveillance and other issues relevant to compliance.
