NSSF Announces SHOT Show Sales Team Additions
NEWTOWN, Conn. — The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearms industry and the owner of the annual trade-only SHOT Show® (Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show®), is pleased to announce several changes to its sponsorship and exhibits sales team.
The first change to the team is the appointment of a new Senior Director, Sales. Kenneth G. Andres joined the organization in this capacity in late June, arriving with a wealth of trade show experience that has included senior management positions with the American Sportfishing Association and Freeman. He most recently served as the Trade Show Sales Manager for Emerald Expositions, where he oversaw production and sales for the popular Surf Expo trade show.
For the next several weeks, Andres, from his home office in Georgia, will be working in tandem with NSSF’s Dave Jeannette, who is retiring from the Senior Sales Director position September 1. Jeannette, one of the most well-regarded trade show professionals in the industry, has led NSSF’s exhibitor sales team at 26 SHOT Shows, the last six working directly for NSSF and the previous 20 with Reed Exhibitions, NSSF’s former show management partner.
In addition to Andres, Tammy McIntyre, who has been serving Nevada and California as an NSSF Regional Member Services Manager since 2018, will be taking on a new role as Manager, Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales. She will be working closely with Chris Tatulli, NSSF’s Director, Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales, and will report first to Dave Jeannette, then Andres upon Jeannette’s retirement. She will continue to be based out of her home office in Nevada.
“After nearly 30 years of working with us, Dave Jeannette is about to leave some very big shoes to fill,” said Deb Kenney, NSSF Vice President, Human Resources & Administration. “He will be greatly missed, but at the same time we are genuinely excited to have Ken and Tammy bring their outstanding talents to our sales team. They are passionate about our members and dedicated to their success, and we have no doubt they will have a tremendous, positive impact on our industry in the months and years to come.
