NSSF Announces ‘SHOT Show NEXT’
All-New Exhibitor Avenue
NEWTOWN, Conn.— The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearms industry, is pleased to announce the newest addition to its annual SHOT Show, “SHOT Show NEXT.” Designed to provide an introduction of exhibitors currently on the waiting list for exhibitor space on the main show display floors, SHOT Show NEXT will provide instant access to newer companies and products coming to market.
“Most people know that booth space on the main SHOT Show exhibitor halls is sold out several years in advance and that the NSSF has an extensive waiting list of companies awaiting an opening,” said Chris Dolnack, NSSF Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “While acquiring additional exhibit hall square footage isn’t an option at this time, we did some reconfiguration of the halls on the floor above the main exhibit floor (up the escalator to the Venetian Level 3 that accesses the shops to the Venetian), where the Press Room and Members’ Lounge are located, and created SHOT Show NEXT. Here, buyers and media will have an unprecedented chance to interact with 100 of today’s newest manufacturers and their products in a setting that provides more of a one-on-one opportunity for introductions and networking than the main show floor often can. We think this is an excellent opportunity for both exhibitors on the wait list and the buyers and press members they need to connect with.”
The 2016 SHOT Show will be held January 19-22 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. For more information and to register to attend, visit SHOTShow.org.
