InfoManiacs Joins Growing List of 2017 SHOT Show
Executive Management Seminar Sponsors
NEWTOWN, Conn.—The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the firearms industry’s trade association, is pleased to announce that InfoManiacs has agreed to sponsor SHOT Show’s newest educational forum, the Executive Management Seminar. Designed as the premier educational forum for rising managerial and executive-level professionals, this special seminar will take place the day before the 2017 SHOT Show opens, Monday, January 16.
A research consultancy firm, InfoManiacs was founded and is run today by Laura Kippen, Ph.D. She brings more than two decades of qualitative and quantitative methodology expertise to her expansive list of well-known clients, including Hershey’s, Hilton Worldwide and Ocean Spray, and she works closely with a number of high-profile firearms industry companies, including Remington, Vista Outdoor and the U.S. Concealed Carry Association. NSSF has partnered with Dr. Kippen and InfoManiacs on several important projects.
“Every time we’ve worked with Laura, her research has provided a deep-dive, detailed look at whatever subject matter we were working with and provided perspectives we often didn’t expect,” said Jim Curcuruto, NSSF Director, Industry Research & Analysis. “We think her sponsorship will provide an invaluable opportunity to discover how really good research can help steer long- and short-term business plans, get ahead of emerging trends and set the course for sustained profitability.”
“I’m proud to be a sponsor of this seminar, which is another example of the top-notch support NSSF provides to the firearms industry,” said Kippen. “The seminar will provide insights into the importance and value of information in creating and maintaining competitive advantage. This is what InfoManiacs is all about, and we hope to help attendees who want to gain a better understanding of their markets, consumers, customers and competitors take the next step.”
During the 2017 SHOT Show Executive Management Seminar, attendees will hear from top experts discussing the hottest management techniques and business practices taking place today and covering trending topics such as voice of the customer, multiple generation management, keys to peak performance and segment-specific marketing techniques that will allow you to better hone your business action plans. Morning coffee and a buffet lunch will be provided during this full-day seminar.
