EPA Petition to Ban Fishing Tackle Alive and Well

Though the EPA has denied the petition of the Center for Biological Diversity to ban traditional ammunition, it has maintained the petition to ban lead fishing tackle.  The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) – the trade association for the firearms, ammunition, hunting and shooting sports industry – is encouraging all sportsmen to oppose this ban.
