Joe Bartozzi, NSSF President & CEO
Joe is the President and CEO of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (“NSSF”) and the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers’ Institute (“SAAMI”). He is also the Chairman of the Project ChildSafe® Foundation. He has spent over 40 years in a variety of technical, legal, and executive management roles.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Council to Advance Hunting and the Shooting Sports (“CAHSS”), the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (“CSF”), and the World Forum on Shooting Activities (“WFSA”).
Joe also serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Red Cross and is a past Chairman of the Board of Goodwill Industries of Southern New England, where he is still serving as a member of the Goodwill Operations Committee.
Joe is a Certified Quality Engineer and a Certified Quality Auditor.
He graduated cum laude from the Quinnipiac University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Connecticut, the state of Maine, and in the United States Supreme Court.
Joe is a 2014 recipient of the Anthony V. DeMayo Pro Bono Award, presented by the Connecticut Bar Association.
Paul Epstein
Paul Epstein has spent nearly 15 years as a pro sports executive for multiple NFL and NBA teams, a global sports agency, and the NFL league office. Rob Southwick
Rob Southwick founded Southwick Associates in 1990 and for 33 years the firm has specialized in market and economic research within the hunting, shooting and sportfishing sectors. Southwick Associates provides comprehensive custom and syndicated insights regarding consumers and market trends to resource agencies, industry associations, sportsmen’s non-profit organizations, outdoor manufacturers, retailers, investment firms and more. Clients include NSSF, Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation, Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies, nearly all state fish and wildlife agencies and a majority of the outdoor manufacturers in the U.S. hunting and fishing industry. Chuck Rossi
Chuck Rossi has worked as a software engineer for 30 years in Silicon Valley and has held engineering and management positions at IBM, Silicon Graphics, VMware, Google, Facebook and Anduril Industries. After 10 years of leading Facebook's software release infrastructure team, he worked with Facebook's Policy and Operations teams to help clarify and improve policies related to firearms and accessories for users and advertisers. Chuck was often a voice of reason in Facebook's strong stance against firearms, and a huge advocate for the industry. Chuck is a USPSA and 3-Gun shooter, NRA Certified Instructor, NROI Certified Range Officer and leads corporate team building shooting events. Through the United States Digital Service, he has worked as a consultant at the FBI's CJIS division, working on the Uniform Crime Report and NICS 2.0. Chuck currently works with the NSSF to help members navigate social media issues and is a founding member of Open Source Defense (opensourcedefense.org), a 2A advocacy group.

Mike Worley - Georgia Wildlife Federation
Mike Worley, President and CEO of the Georgia Wildlife Federation, is a lifelong outdoors enthusiast. Working with a dedicated staff and board of directors, Georgia Wildlife Federation has greatly expanded its on the ground role in bringing new people and faces to the outdoors and in assisting private landowners in managing their lands. Additionally, GWF has greatly expanded its reputation and effectiveness in advocating for Georgia’s wildlife, our natural heritage and the interests of those that value our natural world. Prior to joining GWF in 2015, Mike worked 32 years in the electric utility industry in roles ranging from power generation, environmental affairs, governmental affairs, distribution services and community development roles.
Mike is a past chair of Georgia’s Prescribed Fire Council, Vice-Chair of the Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Coalition, the Georgia Water Coalition Leadership Team, and serves with Georgia’s nationally leading effort on R3 (Recruit, Retain and Reactivate) Hunting and Shooting Sports group. Mike also serves on the board of EarthShare of Georgia. Mike served on the Joint House and Senate Study Committee on Stream Buffers in Georgia and is serving on the Stakeholder Advisory Board of the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. On a national level, Mike is co-chair of the National Wildlife Federation’s Conservation Funding initiative. Mike has been recognized by Georgia Trend magazine multiple times as one of the most influential Georgians. He has a B.S. in Biology from the University of West Georgia and is a graduate of Emory University’s Goizuetta Executive Program.
Mike’s outdoor interests include waterfowl and upland hunting, clays, fishing and riding. He is an avid hiker and kayaker. Mike has been married to Debbi for 44 years and has two children and three grandchildren.
Robyn Benincasa
Robyn Benincasa is the founder of World Class Teams, an adventure racing world champion, a CNN Hero, former corporate sales expert and a full-time firefighter who advises organizations on building World Class Teams of their own.
