SCTP Championship Highlights on YouTube
Big Event Under Way in Sparta

The SCTP National Championships are well under way in Sparta, Ill. Tune in to some of the action on the National Shooting Sports Foundation's YouTube channel -- youtube.com/thenssf. Check back each day for new videos from the big event.

More than 2,000 trap, skeet and sporting clays shooters in grades 12 and under are competing at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex. Skeet and sporting clays championships wrapped up Saturday. Trap championships will be decided Monday and Tuesday. This has been another record-setting year for SCTP, with 9,135 young shooters competing and 1,562 adults volunteering as coaches and directors -- both new records for the program.
