Squadding

Do I have to pre-squad?

Yes. Pre-squadding must be done via the SCTP Web site through your coaches log-in page. Then click on the "National Squad Builder" Tab for the appropriate discipline.

When is the squadding deadline?

Squadding must be completed by Tuesday, July 15 at midnight, EST.

How do I squad incomplete or alternate squads?

Shooters attending the event as part of an incomplete/alternate squad and/or as a possible substitute also need to be squadded by July 15. Coaches will need to squad them accordingly. Create/add a new squad just as they would a complete squad. Once the squad is named and division and category are defined, select the shooter(s) to be on the squad. The system will warn that it is an incomplete squad. Click OK. Alternate/Incomplete squads will be combined if open spots are available. Every attempt will be made to keep shooters from the same team together. If you have multiple categories (a JV, Intermediate Entry Level and Rookie) you will need to create an incomplete squad for each and we will manually combine them and assign a squad number.

When and where will squad numbers be posted?

After July 15, squad assignments will be posted on the SCTP Web site. Coaches will also receive a packet upon check-in with all pertinent squad information, and shooting times.

Other squadding points to remember:

-- National Governing Body (NGB) numbers will be required on the Nationals squad entry forms for all disciplines.
-- Squads are allowed up to one (1) substitution from the squad that shot at their State Championships to be considered a regulation squad and be eligible for prizes

Misc. Questions

Can I bring my own golf cart to the event?
