The Heritage Fund’s resources are allocated providing
50% to communications programs and 50% for legal defense. Current Heritage
Fund efforts include providing a coordinated legal defense to municipal
lawsuits that seek to hold our industry responsible for the acts of criminals,
funding voter education campaigns
to encourage sportsmen to “Vote Your Sport” and elect candidates
that support the hunting and shooting sports and respect our firearm
freedoms, and communications programs like Project ChildSafeSM and
Don’t
Lie for the Other Guy that support our industry’s tradition of safety
and responsibility.
