Director – Sales, U.S.

Defines and executes Leupold & Stevens U.S. sales strategy and business plans. Leads the development of business relationships, identification of sales opportunities, and management of customer relationships in U.S. markets. Oversees sales activity focused on major national and regional accounts, distributors, dealers, buying groups, law enforcement, golf and guides/outfitter channels. Attends trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company, identify business opportunities and build relationships. Develops and tracks metrics and success criteria for all sales and business development initiatives. Partners with Marketing to develop pricing, product management and advertising strategies. Leads, motivates and develops the U.S. sales team. **This position will be based in Beaverton, Oregon**
