Registration Now Open for SHOT Show 2012

Registration for the National Shooting Sports Foundation's 2012 SHOT Show® is now open for all attendees and exhibitors. Just five months away, the Jan. 17-20 show in Las Vegas promises to be one of the best SHOT Shows yet. A new, streamlined registration process this year allows registrants to easily add State of the Industry Dinner tickets, enroll in SHOT Show University and sign up for other educational offerings while registering. Registration for members of the press will open next month.

Outdoor Channel Becomes Pinnacle Sponsor

Outdoor Channel, America's leader in Outdoor TV, has signed on as a Pinnacle-level sponsor for the 2012 SHOT Show. "This marks the second year in a row Outdoor Channel has stepped up to become a top-tier sponsor of the SHOT Show, reflecting the network's commitment to the outdoor industry and all that the industry's premier trade show stands for," said Chris Dolnack, NSSF senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Outdoor Channel's sponsorship includes being the official title sponsor of NSSF's State of the Industry Dinner, badge holders and information and navigation stations, plus signage, advertising and celebrity autograph advantages. Git-R-Done! Get Your Tickets to State of the Industry Dinner

Known for his signature catchphrase, "Git-R-Done," Larry the Cable Guy is selling out theaters and arenas across the United States. On Jan. 17, the comedy superstar will perform at NSSF's State of the Industry Dinner on the opening night of the SHOT Show. The event -- sponsored by Outdoor Channel -- will be held in the Venetian Hotel, Level 5, Palazzo Ballroom with the reception starting at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $100 each or $950 for a table of 10.

On-site Booth Confirmation to be Held at 2012 SHOT Show

In response to exhibitors' input, there will be a change next year in how exhibit space for the SHOT Show is secured. NSSF Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Chris Dolnack explains in a post on the SHOT Show Blog.

 

SHOT Show University: 'Retail is Detail'

"Retail Is Detail" is the theme for the 2012 installment of SHOT Show UniversitySM, scheduled for Monday, Jan. 16, the day before the SHOT Show floor opens. One of the highlights will be the return of popular speaker Ron Rosenberg, who will present "The Business Owner's Survival Kit: Seven Proven Strategies to Get More Done, Grow Your Business and Take Back Your Life!"
