Kathryn A. Lynch

Kathryn A. Lynch has over twenty years of advocacy experience in California working with the state legislature, the administration, and at the regulatory level in California. She has vast experience with business and environmental issues, has build coalitions on a broad sector of issues, and is co-chair of a business advocacy roundtable on environmental and regulatory issues. She represents the National Shooting Sports Foundation, the California Association of Firearms Retailers, a prominent gun show, and several sportsmen's organizations including the California Chapters of Safari Club International, the Outdoor Sportsmen's Coalition of California, and the California Sportsman's Lobby.

Prior to entering the government-related fields, Ms. Lynch obtained business experience working in human resources for a New York based Fortune 500 company. She specialized in the multi-faceted personnel functions and labor relations administration. Ms. Lynch received a Bachelor of Science degree from Mt. Mercy College and a Master of Science degree in labor and industrial relations from Iowa State University.
