Bill Kempffer is a life-long bird hunter and clays shooter. For the past 19 years, along with his wife Mary, he has owned and operated Deep River Sporting Clays & Shooting School located between Raleigh and Sanford, North Carolina. He served as a range owner representative on the National Sporting Clays Association Advisory Council from 1991 to 1993, is an NSCA Certified Level III (Advanced) Shooting Coach, is a Member of the Institute of Clay Shooting Instructors in England, and currently serves as Vice President of the Executive Committee of the National Association of Shooting Ranges.
