A native of Trinidad, Mr. Dolnack has held a variety of sales and marketing positions over a 25-year career in the outdoor recreation industry including stints at Smith & Wesson and Colt. He began his career with the National Shooting Sports Foundation as communications coordinator, working in media relations and as a staff writer. Later responsibilities included positions as director of market development where among other things he worked on youth shooting sports programs. He currently serves as Senior Vice President where he oversees a diverse portfolio of communications, participation and membership programs.
A life-long hunter and shooter, Mr. Dolnack has been published in numerous magazines including Outdoor Life and Sports Afield and served on the board of directors of the Outdoor Writers Association of America. He is an NRA certified firearms instructor.
Mr. Dolnack is a member of the Board of Directors of USA Shooting and is Accredited in Public Relations by the Public Relations Society of America. He and his wife Kelly live with their Brittany, Lady, in rural northern Connecticut where he enjoys target shooting and hunting.
