Frank Briganti is the Director of Industry Research & Analysis for the NSSF. In this capacity he is responsible for the creation and implementation of research projects benefiting NSSF members as well as inquiries from the industry. He has authored many reports including the NSSF Industry Reference Guide, Industry Intelligence Reports, Customized Market Reports and a host of other publications and industry surveys. He graduated from Sacred Heart University with an MBA in marketing and finance with an emphasis on product management and questionnaire design. Before joining the NSSF, Frank headed the research services for a major print and communications firm and has extensive experience conducting readership surveys and market analysis. Prior to his graduate work, Frank received an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in economics.
